IT Intern, Application Services Group

Identified that IT leadership lacked a consistent way to track service performance across teams, and designed a 14-page Power BI reporting suite with a three-tier information hierarchy tailored to managers, directors, and the CIO. Coordinated with every IT team to source and structure the underlying data, translating a requirements spec into a system stakeholders could actually use. Shadowed and helped extend 6 Power Automate workflows automating ticket routing and reporting. Presented the finished suite directly to the CIO and IT directors to close out the internship.

Summer 2025

KIPP Texas Public Schools

IT Operations Intern

Led a laptop deployment initiative across 6 campuses, coordinating logistics for 800+ devices and driving approximately $70K in cost avoidance. Worked cross-functionally with campus staff to minimize disruption during rollout, balancing technical execution with the operational constraints of a live school environment.
